The party starts at 6 p.m. and kicks off with the kids’ decorated bicycle parade. Come anytime between 6-7:30 pm on Tuesday, Aug. 5, for balloons, games, music, contests and socializing with your neighbors. See you there!

Neighborhood kids ages 5-12 and their friends are invited to a backyard Bible club at the Gates’ home, 8254 Glengarry Ct., every day from Aug. 4-8 from 10-11:30 a.m.
This fun club includes music, crafts, Bible stories, snacks and more — all free of charge. The last day (Friday) will end with a picnic (lasting until 12:30) and presentation of prizes.
Parents are welcome to stay, or children may come on their own. Call Laura at 823-1078 for more information.
We now have the neighborhood’s by-laws and convenants conveniently available on our website. These documents are critical to review when planning any outside changes to your residence. We will also be adding the Architectual Control Committee application form that needs to be filled out and submitted before you make any changes the outside of your home or property.
