  • 24 Hour Proactive Patrol - Our officers are actively patrolling your neighborhood looking for criminal activity and responding to the resident’s needs.
  • All Cars Available Directly By Phone - If you need us, dial our officers direct.  You will be speaking directly to the officer who will be helping you.  With other companies, including most law enforcement agencies, you will be speaking to a civilian dispatcher.  This reduces response time and assures the officer knows your exact needs.
  • Unlimited Alarm Response - We never charge for alarm response.  Your alarm company can call us direct and we will respond immediately.  Other companies may give you a number of free responses.  Other companies may also count an alarm response as a patrol.  We consider that a call for service and there is never an extra charge and it is not considered a patrol.
  • Dispatched Through Marion and Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department - Our officers are in direct radio contact with both Sheriff’s Departments.  We also respond to all police runs initiated by our residents.
  • Never an Additional Charge for Vacation Checks - Our vacation checks are always included in your service without charge, regardless of length of time.
  • No Hidden Charges - Other companies provide a basic service at an attractive price, but have many charges for additional services.
  • Personalized Service - We are here for the each and every resident at their request.  You call and we respond to your individual needs at no extra charge.
  • Monthly Reports - We will provide monthly activity reports and attend all board meetings.
