I am looking for two or three teens who want to make a little pocket money and who are self-motivated, conscientious workers to spread a load of topsoil on various parts of my yard, spread seed and perhaps turn over flower beds and plant 12 flats of ground cover.  I am hoping to have this help within one week.  If the work goes well, it could lead to other landscape work and/or odd jobs (e.g., mowing, painting the garage, etc.).  I really want someone who is hard-working and will do the job right.
