Kim assisted me with the purchase of my condo last year. I’m a single first time homeowner who couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I truly thank GOD for placing Kim in my life to assist me with one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made. Kim exceeded ALL of my expectations, she was my advocate, my negotiator, and most important a friend that I could trust. Days prior to closing I unfortunately had to terminate my mortgage broker however seconds after calling Kim I was on the phone with a new broker who was processing my loan. Kim and I still keep in touch; she’s truly a good woman. I’m always looking for new customers to send her way; I think she’s the best in the business.

I listed my condo with Kim at the recommendation of my daughter, and truly she exceeded my expectations! Kim is an awesome lady and a superb real estate agent! We had a signed offer within just a few days and closed a month later! Now that’s fast! Kim listed my house in early September, 2008, and we closed on the sale December 10, 2008. That’s pretty fast! I had already signed with another agent when I first met Kim. But after meeting Kim, I just knew that I would eventually sign
with her. Kim is very kind, energetic, and eager to do whatever it takes to get the job done. She also sends a “Holiday Pie” at Thanksgiving. Kim offeredto drive me to the closing, which I accepted. I would gladly recommend Kim to other seller/buyers.
