Builders are required to have erosion controls at construction sites, but not all of them do. Learn what the rules require, how to spot erosion problems, and what to do about them.
The Sierra Club Hoosier Chapter will hold a free public workshop in association with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, the City of Indianapolis, and the Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District.
| Where: | Holliday Park Nature Center Auditorium6363 Spring Mill Road, Indianapolis |
| When: | Thursday, June 5th, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m |
The best part about this program is that does not require a lot of time. The training takes only 2 hours and the monitoring occurs while you’re at your leisure … either out boating or walking around the lake.
For more information or to make sure you get a seat at the workshop, contact Bowden Quinn at bowden.quinn@sierraclub.org or 317-822-3750.
