Lincoln Square Pancake House is going to open for dinner on Thursday, January 3rd from 5:00-8:00 pm for a benefit dinner to go towards Jeffrey Corey Jr.’s college fund. His mother, Holly Corey, was fatally shot at the BP Amoco just in front of Lincoln Square. Chris Katris, co-owner of Lincoln Square Pancake House wanted to do something special for the family.

“I watched the whole thing happen and I just feel terrible for the Coreys,” Chris said. “This will be a good opportunity for the community to come out and show their support.”

100% of the proceeds for the evening will go to the Jeffrey Corey Jr. College Fund at National City Bank. Tom and Jeanne Britt will be running the cash register that evening and Lincoln Square employees are donating their time as well. Please join us!
