On Tuesday, July 8^th officers were called to the Windermere pool. Witnesses reported that a man exposed himself while standing in an area clearly visible from the pool area. An off-duty Arcadia, Indiana police officer detained the man until Fishers police officers arrived.

The suspect was identified by several witnesses, all giving the same account of his activity near the pool. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. The suspect was working as a painter on the eastside of Mollenkopf Road when he walked over near the pool area.
