Also, if you submitted a photo in our “New Beginnings” contest that was not selected as a winner, and you feel it would be better suited for the “Independence” theme, you may resubmit that photo to the new contest.

hi contestants - It was so much fun checking out the creative ‘eye’ of our Geist neighbors for the last photo contest! (Not to mention a tough challenge picking the top images!) For this contest, I am excited to see your new entries, but would also love to hear your take on how your images relate to the theme. The title of the image could fit the theme or you could include a short description of how the image fits the theme. This is just a suggestion…I know some of the pictures’ connection to theme will be self-explanatory! I am excited to see your new entries, Geist. Shoot away!

Yes, photos may be taken at Geist or feature Geist residents or both. We just want to see a local connection in the photo!

our “expert” panel can usually tell…if someone is willing to purchase a stock photo on the chance of winning a $50 gift certificate, we’ll give away a mental evaluation next time.

You can submit as many as you wish, but I’d pick out the “top 5″ or so from the 100 and enter those.

How many photos can you submit? I have like 100 photos I’ve taken this winter/spring and I think you would like all of them!
