I am an Indianapolis Native and have lived on the Northeastside all of my adult life. I grew up in the Irvington area and graduated from Scecina High School (back in the day). I have been married to Tim Duggan for 13 years and have 3 gorgeous, brilliant, and athletic children…Corey, Riley and Kate. We are parishioners of St. Simon the Apostle and are active in our community. I love Indianapolis. I have had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States but wouldn’t consider anywhere else “home”. Indianapolis is a great place to raise a family, have a good social network, enjoy sports, movies, comedy clubs, shop (love it) and get around. We don’t have major traffic issues even though we are thriving metropolis. I have been in the real estate business for twelve years now. I started my career in the auto lending industry waaay back in the day, progressed into doing home mortgages and have enjoyed an eight year roller coaster ride in real estate. My background in finance and sales helps me immensely when navigating clients through the complex process in buying or selling a home. I thoroughly enjoy my career. I am more a facilitator and educator than I am a salesperson. I love the challenge of putting the deal together but also the marketing, educating and thrill of calling a client to say…” you just sold your house” or ” congratulations, you just bought a house. In this ever changing market, you have to love what you do to be successful. So, to toot my horn….I am consistently ranked in the top ten Geist agents and the top 9% of all Mibor agents for closed units.
